- 2 (1 pound) cans Kidney Beans
- 3 large onions chopped
- 3 green peppers chopped
- 2½ pounds ground beef
- 2 (1 pound) cans tomatos chopped
- 3 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
Drain beans, set aside, reserve juice.
Brown onion, green
pepper and meat. Drain the fat.
Add beans and rest of ingredients.
Cover and simmer 1½ - 2 hours, add reserve liquid as needed.
