Parents’ Club Chili

Parents’ Club Chili 
  • 2 (1 pound) cans Kidney Beans
  • 3 large onions chopped
  • 3 green peppers chopped
  • 2½ pounds ground beef
  • 2 (1 pound) cans tomatos chopped
  • 3 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoons chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Drain beans, set aside, reserve juice. 
Brown onion, green pepper and meat. Drain the fat.

Add beans and rest of ingredients. 

Cover and simmer 1½ - 2 hours, add reserve liquid as needed.
