Lemon Bars

From Lin Scheele

  • Mix 1 cup butter + 1½  cup Flour + ½ cup poweder sugar
  • Put in 350 in pan 9 x 13 x 20”

Beat: 4 eggs + 4 tablespoons floor + 4 tablespoons Lemon Juice + 2 cup sugar

Pour over crust.

Bake 20 minutes @ 350.
