Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs potatoes (~ 9 large)

Boil + Mash

 

Add:

  • 2 3oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp butter

 

Can be frozen for 2 weeks

To freeze, buttered pan and dot with butter

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
