5 lbs potatoes (~ 9 large)
Boil + Mash
Add:
- 2 3oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp butter
Can be frozen for 2 weeks
To freeze, buttered pan and dot with butter
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
